This is a classical argentinian cabernet and bears the unique caracter of our region (Lujan de Cuyo). Veiy attractive in colour, almost seductive, brings elegant, refined aromas ofjam and fresh grapes,that match perfectly with its typical vanilla scent and a soft oaky touch.Its structure is straightforwardly mouthfilling.
A varietal wine made of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Agrelo, in Luján de Cujo, vinified by the traditional method (fermentation and pellicular maceration, with periodical remounting). Fermentation took place in French oak barrels which results in a Cabernet Sauvignon with a strong personality and a brilliant, deep ruby red color, which after some time turns burgundy.
The taste includes notes of dark red fruits,
raspberries, blackberries and peppers with a smoky touch and a base of vanilla and roasted flavor. The wine possesses a velvety mouthfeel without roughness. Some of the meals that are suitable for accompanying this first-class Cabernet Sauvignon are grilled red meats, roasted meats and vegetables, raw ham, pasta with sauce à la putanseca, and mature cheeses.

This wine is made of Malbec de Agrelo grapes in Lugjan de Cujo, Mendoza's traditional area for the growing of this wine variety. The use of the traditional method (pelicular fermentation and maceration with periodical remounting) results in a red wine of a dark ruby color, with fruity aromas, and is warm, structured and concentrated. We add a note of Cabernet Sauvignon with its flavorful and spicy aromas which combine with the fruity
plum flavor of the Malbec.
Fermentation takes place in French medium toast oak barrels which adds a touch of vanilla and a roasted quality. This is a good wine to store in your cellar, it is at its best at 4 to 5 years after harvest. This is a high-class wine with the typical Argentinean profile, and is excellent combined with meals of roasted meats and vegetables, pasta with meat or mushroom sauce, and mature cheeses.

In this wine, the characteristics of a Malbec are predominent, but they are also complemented by those of a Merlot. Both Malbec and Merlot are harvested by hand and seperately processed by traditional methods before being mixed and fermented in barrels.

Our Chardonnay is a varietal white wine made of Chardonnay grapes, using the traditional method of white wine production (soft pressed and immediately fermented without the juice coming in contact with the skins). The Chardonnay grapes from the terroir Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, grow at an altitude of 1000 meters. Before being processed, they are harvested by hand in the
vineyard and selected in the cellar.
The result is a golden white wine, clear and transparent, with touches of white acid fruits, pineapple, apple and citrus fruits, rose hips and a base of honey. With a dry, fresh and soft mouthfeel, its taste is balanced, intense and persistent. A perfect wine for fish and seafood, prawns with mayonnaise, grilled vegetables and Asian cuisine.

Our Rose-Malbec was vinified by the traditional sangria method for rose wines, which results in a wine of a beautiful cherry color that is intense and vibrant with a dark hue like that of a claret.
